Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations:

• Delivery within the country will only be possible to areas which are listed with the shipping/courier service providers.
• International shipping available with additional payment, to all countries listed with the shipping /courier service providers.

Delivery Time:

• Once we receive the order, we will process the delivery within 1-2 days & it will be delivered within 4-7 days. 
• Dispatch of the outfit both retail/customized will only be possible upon full payment of the order
• For international couriers the outfit will be dispatched only once we receive the courier amount.
• The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process, based on the weight, dimensions and delivery locations of the item in the order.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.
• Base charge for orders within Kerala – Rs100/kg
• Base charge for orders outside Kerala – Rs200/kg
• GST will be applicable on all shipping charges.
