Return Policy
At Ensemble Emporio, each fabrics we supply goes through strict quality checks from multiple hands ensuring accurate measurements, color matching, defect free design or patterns/ prints, undamaged or unworn
conditions.
In rare cases where you wish to return or exchange full or partial order either because order is not as per the specifications or wrong items sent, you may request for return or exchange by contacting us at support@ ensembleemporio.com our service executive will guide you through the process.
Please note: following products are not returnable & exchangeable unless defective.
- Pre-cut fabrics
- Dyed materials
- Pre-cut laces
- Discounted fabrics
COVERED as Defect or Damaged
- Substantially inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture or colors is visible right at the time of product first unpacked
- The fabric is abruptly torn and is not usable
- The structure is loosely woven in part or areas, or weave is damaged or torn
NOT COVERED as Defect or Damage
- Color reproduction on various digital screens vastly varies, hence there shall always be some gap between what you see online versus in real.
- Some particular types of fabrics suffer inherent color bleeding for a few washes. Instructions for each such fabric is clearly mentioned on respective product page..
Conditions of Returned Products
- We accept returns, but an unboxing video must be provided and sent within 3 days of receiving the product. Otherwise, we cannot accept the return
- after verifying the unboxing video the product should be return within 2-3 days.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
