Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To process your request, an unboxing video is required. Once approved, the refund will be issued as store credit within 5-7 working days.

Size and colour cannot be changed after placing the order. Kindly follow the product selection tip to get the correct Size.
